The road safety research organisation Brake runs a Fleet Safety Forum (FSF) which produces a steady monthly flow of practical safety-related material. Along with a 40-page guide to managing road risk it has also produced a DIY audit for crash reporting and recording which aids long-term crash analysis, and creates key performance indicators that can help you manage your fleet safety in a more pro-active manner.
