Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The M25 is officially the Road to Hell, but you're unlikely to get there on time, according to a new study. The London orbital now heads an undistinguished list of the 10 most congested roads in the country.

The Road Haulage Association lists the M25 (J11-13, J25 & J28-29), the M5/M6 interchange and the M62 U28-29) as the worst three routes in Britain, with the M4 011-27) and the M80 023-30) fourth and fifth in the hall of shame.

A-roads occupy the remaining places, including the A30 (Exeter), Al (Newcastle-UponTyne) and A63 (Hull Docks).
