Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PRIVATE Member's Bill designed to give agency workers the same employment rights as full-time and directly employed staff has been backed by the Transport & General Workers Union.

TheTemporaty Agency Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Bill is proposed by Paul Family, the Labour MP for Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Tony Woodley, general secretary of the T&G, says: "There has been systematic discrimination against agency workers, many of whom are the most vulnerable in our workplaces." Other unions supporting the bill include the GMB and Amicus: it needs the support of 100 NI Ps if it is to progress beyond its second reading on 2 March.
