Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WELSH HAULIER WF Hall Transport is supporting the Noah's Arc Appeal charity with the purchase of a new Mercedes truck.

Proprietors Martin and Kath Hall bought the truck in memory of their 19-year-old son Ian, who died in a car accident 18 months ago. For every mile the Actros 2554LS travels, WF Hall, M-B, Stena Line, Bar Five and Euro Commercials will donate one penny to the charity. At the time of his accident, Ian had just passed his apprenticeship and was six weeks away from becoming a qualified technician.

Kath Hall explains why the truck is finished in a different livery to their usual blue, silver and white: "It was one of Ian's ambitions to drive his own red lorry."

The truck was bought from Mercedes-Benz CharterWay.

• Mercedes-Benz Charter Way is providing an 18-tonneAxor for the UK's first mobile chemotherapy unit. It is working with cancer charity Hope for Tomorrow which is raising £150,000 for the project.

The truck will be converted to a chemotherapy unit able to treat six patients at a time, serving the Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire regions.
