Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EDauliers who have time to nip over to Berlin in the course of a day's work could well pick up a bargain if they don't mind running East German lorries. It seems there are several hundred unused IFA W60 and L60 trucks lying in dealer compounds close to the city and on offer from £14,000 a unit. The vehicles were built in 1990 on the Ludwigs-felde production line which has now been given over to Mercedes-Benz T2 vans. They are fitted with Euro-1 engines and have payload capacities between five and eight tonnes.

Although the units have lost their factory fresh appearance after more than five years in the open, they come with a three-month dealer's engine and transmission warranty and the assurance of spares support well into the next century. Many of the vehicles are fitted with tipper bodies or bulk tanks and thousands are still at work in the former East Germany, where a service network still exists for the WA marque.

If "new" vehicles that don't bust the bank account are what you want, these may well be for you. But if it all ends in tears, don't come crying to the Hawk. I'm sticking to my Reliant Robin pulling the business end of a pram.
