Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IMMINGHAM CONNECTION • Norfolk Line and sister company Britline (both subsidiaries of the Mwrsk Company) will relocate their Esbjerg (Denmark)/Great Yarmouth service to Immingham as from Saturday 3 March. The regular Esbjerg/Dartford ferry service will continue to cover the South.

The choice of Immingham has been made possible by the link with the Elbe Humber RoLine which operates between Cuxhaven (North Germany) and Immingham. Norfolk Line is to form a new unit in Immingham for trailers.
