• Sameday courier Pony Express has moved into France as part of the Continental expansion plans of parent company Securicor.

A branch has opened in Paris which will operate the same services which Pony offers in the UK. A fleet of light vans and motorcycles has been purchased and Securicor hopes to have 20 vehicles operating by the end of the year. More branches are planned in Paris which will be joined by sites in cities throughout France, including Lyon, Bordeaux and Marseilles.
