THE Paints Division of Imperial

Chemical Industries Ltd., has added Belco 501 Surfacer to its range of Belco and Dulux products. This new material is a complete undercoatmg system in itself and is said to represent the latest success in I.C.I:'s programme of research and development in the field of transport painting.

Belco 501 Surfacer can be used under both nitrocellulose and synthetic paint systems and outstanding resistance to blistering is claimed for it together with first-class properties of flow, build and hold-out. It can be used direct on to clean, bare metal, it flats down well to a smooth surface and obviates the need for sealers.

This new I.C.I. undercoating material is available in 5 gal., 1 gal.. 0-5 gal. and 1 pint sizes, from all branches of Brown Brothers Ltd., and Thomson and Brown Brothers Ltd.
