Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW breakdown vehicle, placed in service by Appleyard of Leeds, Ltd., North Street, Leeds, 7, is based on a B.M.C. Series 35-FKA normal-control tipper chassis. It is fitted with a Mann-Egerton 5-ton crane having luffing attachments, and a 2-ton two-speed handoperated recovery winch has been installed.

Designed and produced by the Appleyard coachbuilding division, the body is 7 ft. 4 in. wide externally, thus affording adequate operating room and space for carrying damaged vehicle parts or additional equipment.

Built into the -body between the crane and cab is a transverse locker with external access from both sides of the body. It is illuminated internally and houses all the towing equipment, excluding the towing cradle and poles.

Capable of supporting a 5-ton load, the towing cradle is a specially adapted Weaver unit suitable for use with vehicles having exceptional overhang on the rear axle or unusually low bodies. The two towing poles, one for light vehicles and one for heavy commercial vehicles, are attached to brackets on each side of the inside of the body.
