SPEED-LIMIT DEBATE PUT OFF AGAIN E'OR a second time the debate OD the Order to raise the speed limit on heavy goods vehicles from 20 m.p.h. to 30 m.p.h. was postponed this week. Originally it was put down for Wednesday of last week. On that occasion it was crushed out by Parliament's deliberations on the Homicide Bill, It was then scheduled for Wednesday of this week, but on Tuesday it became known that the debate could not take place. When it eventually is held it is likely to be protracted, because strong opposition is probable.
