Dobbs and t•Sons,-. and : Mr. CharlesWilson, against the variation of the, conditions of licences granted to Grimsby Corporation-, have' been upheld _by the Minister .of Transport .. The variation was " in respect . of services . between Grimsby and Tetney and between Grimsby and Waltham, by which the corporation was permitted to operate additional journeys on certain sections of the routes.
In announcing his decision, the Minister concludes that the agreement _between the Lincolnshire concern and the 'corporation does not preclude the former from pursuing an objection to the municipal applications. The Minister has, therefore, ordered the Commissioners to re-hear the, application in order that all sides' may he heard.
