• 11/1AN's own sleeper cab for the L2000 Series will go on sale from January through MAN truck centres alongside the sleeper conversion, constructed from composite panels by Meadzone, launched earlier this year (CM 14-20 April 1994).
The MAN all-steel sleeper will carry a list price of .fl„585 (ex-VAT), Equipment includes a single bunk measuring 1,930x400min with the seats upright. This can he extended to 600min with the seats pushed forward.
Other equipment includes a centre storage console, removable table top and complete curtain set.
A roof spoiler, rear side win
dows and a night heater will join the options list in the new year.
The sleeper adds 300mm to the depth of the 1.2000 day cab. It will be offered on all L2000 chassis-cab models.
