Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CRANE Fruehauf has launched a new high-specification monocoque design refrigerated semitrailer available with tandem and tri-axle running gear suitable for reefer operations up to 38 tonnes gcw.

The trailer has an internal length of 12.22m (40ft 1in) and a maximum width between linings of 2.32m (7ft 7in) to 2.3m (7ft Sin) between the kick strips.

Body sidewalls are constructed using 80mm (3.15in)thick composite panels with an aluminium outer skin and onepiece Fruehauf Pecolite glassreinforced-plastic interior panels manufactured by pass, ing grp netting and resin between steel rollers.

Rear-door frames are muffler grade stainless steel. A composite floor is fitted with a onepiece aluminium chequerplate covering.

Air suspension is available as an option which can include a height adjustment facility allowing up to 191m (7.5in) vertical movement ensuring accurate docking with loading bays.

If air suspension is fitted on tri-axle bogie trailers, a lifting leading axle can be specified to reduce tyre wear when running empty. A choice of fridge units can be specified by operators.

Unladen weight for a tri-axle trailer with air suspension, meat rails and hooks, fridge unit and full diesel tank is 9.78 tonnes. To aid driver access to the van interior the trailer has a fully retractable access ladder and stainless-steel grab handles styled into the door frame.

The new trailer has a ATP Class C certificate and is finished in white with grey sidestyling strips. A high-density plastic rear panel carries all tail lights. Sideguards are included, built to Construction and Use Regulations.
