THE SALES force of rental and contract hire specialist Trailerent has six new personnel.
Three of the new recruits join from Transport International Pool. They are: Ray Downey, who joins as northern regional sales manager based at the Staines company's Haydock branch; Tony Delaney, area sales executive based at Coleshill for the West Midlands; and Jim Shearon, who joins the company's Leeds branch, from where he will build up new business in West Yorkshire.
Mike Smith, southern area sales executive based at Welwyn, joins the company from Michelin and Alistair Drummond will cover North-west England from Leeds. He was with car rental company Swan National.
Finally, sales in the East Midlands will be the responsibility of Tony Ashton, working from Nottingham. He joins from Portakabin, but has also worked for trailer manufacturer Trailor.
