rwo Edbro export executives, Keith Nowell and Paul Shires, have Os° been to the Far East. They were attending China's first nternational agricultural Machinery exhibition at which Edbro was ;howing tipping gear, pumps and power take-offs.
They were most impressed by the way in which 350,000 visitors were accommodated in 15 days by a kind of Box and Cox arrange-nent. All were present by invitation and their movements might almost have been controlled by a computer or a super sergeant-najor. There were two daily sessions — 9am until noon and 2pm Jntil 5pm — and the 12,000 morning visitors obediently left at lunch time, to be replaced by a similar number in the afternoon.
