take the unloading and reloading of other operators' vehicles—we presume you intend trans-shipping loads at your own premises. If such work has not already been carried out in your premises, or alternatively if premises are to be acquired for the purpose. then presumably planning permission would be needed to carry on such a business.
Regarding the suggestion that you might meet the vehicles within a radius of 25 miles, this would raise complications as to who was the employer of the shunting driver, especially if he dealt with vehicles of several operators.
