Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NO road hauliers objected to British Railways' application for vehicles to serve the Hull Freightliner depot which opens on January I.

The Yorkshire LA, Mr. H. E. Robinson, on Wednesday granted five 9+ tons and one 9+ tons artics to undertake the depot's c and d work in Hull and within a 20-mile radius.

Mr. E. H. Hopwood, terminals manager, BR Eastern Region, said they had had frank discussions with the Hull road hauliers and had given every assurance as regards keeping the depot "open". BRB had no wish to freeze out hauliers or C-licensees.
