We record with regret the deaths of Mr. Jack M. Burdette and Mr. George F. Gooding.
A former chairman and managing director of the International Harvester Co. of Great Britain, Mr. Burdette returned to America in February this year. He was 51. He came to Britain in 1947 and spent the following years in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, becoming general manager of each of the companies.
Well-known Norfolk haulage contractor, Mr. Gooding, of Stowbridge, was 62.
