Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Transport Tribunal ruled in I London last Friday that the Metropolitan Area Licensing Authority was wrong in granting Securicor, Ltd., a variation of their " B " licence permitting them only 10 additional armoured cars for carrying cash within 25 miles of Victoria station.

Securicor had sought to add 35 vans to their two existing ones, and appealed against the Licensing Authority's decision allowing them an additional 10.

Upholding the appeal, the Tribunal President, Sir Hubert Hull said: "Our decision is that the Licensing Authority was wrong and that there should be added to the 'B' licence 25 further vans."

Securicor (Southern), Ltd., also appealed against the Licensing Authority's refusal to grant them four " B " licensed armoured vans to operate from Gravesend.

The Tribunal decided that a short-term " B " licence, valid for three months, ought to be granted for four vans limited to carrying cash in any part of Kent which is not within 15 miles of Victoria railway station.
