I N accordance with his expressed wish to ease his day-to
day business commitments, Mr. R. H. Seddon has resigned as chairman and joint managing director of Seddon Diesel Vehicles, Ltd. At the unanimous wish of the directors, he has • agreed to remain on the board as director and consultant. . .
Mr. R. H. Seddon was one of the founder members of the original business established 42 years ago.
Mr. Herbert Seddon has been appointed chairman of the company and Mr. H. Redmond, deputy chairman and managing director.
