xylE regret to announce the death of YV MR. GERALD NOWELL, on November 24. He will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends in the industry. He was general manager of Hants and Sussex Motor Services, Ltd. He took this position after leaving the post of general manager of South Midland Motor Services. Ltd., as a result of the nationalization of the Red and White group of companies. Earlier, be was managing director of General Travel Agency (London), Ltd., as well as a director of Red and White Services, Ltd.
We regret to announce the death also Of MR. A. Here.ev, founder of Arthur Heeley and Co., Ltd., a prominent Chesterfield coach operator. He was a council member of the Yorkshire (Leeds) Area of the Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association.
