• Administrators for ailing used ruck specialist Brandrick Trucks lave announced the closure of he company's sales operations.
West Midlands-based Brand-ick was placed into administraion three weeks ago, citing diffililt trading conditions (CM18-24 July). Administrator Kroll Buehler phillips (KBP) said at the time it lad two options—restructure or sale. But a spokesman confirms
the sales side has now been dosed. "The rental side remains, operating as normal, but the sales part is no more. Ten people have been made redundant. it is regrettable that this has happened," he says.
However, KBP is still negotiating with financiers in order to find a buyer for the rest of the business and so ensure it can continue trading, he adds.
