/ John Dee (Yorkshire) has been told to pay five drivers it made redundant 30 days wages after the Transport & General Workers Union complained that it had not been consulted about the job losses.
The union told a Leeds industrial tribunal that the company had not complied with the 1975 Employment Act.
John Dee (Yorkshire) was taken over by haulier Turners (Soham) in April after parent company John Dee Group went in receivership.
