TN order to simplify internal organization, A Crane Fruehauf Trailers (North Walsham) Ltd. has been wound up and all its assets, liabilities and trading activities taken over by Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd., holders of all the shares in the North Walsham company.
A statement issued by Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd.. after an extraordinary general meeting at which the formal resolution to wind up the North Walsham company was passed, said: "There were, at one time. good reasons for having two companies, but these no longer exist. Winding up the North Walsham cornpany is no more than a technical readjustment which will reduce administrative expense arid streamline administration. The various activities will remain sub-divided into trading divisions of Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd."
