BY using a through road which includes a tunnel under the Maas, vehicles are able to cross Rotterdam, with its 750,000 population, in a matter of minutes. This is one of the road projects which, as reported in The Commercial Motor last week, the party organized by the British Road Federation is to study during a Continental visit beginning on April 18.
