The Hawk's passion for models was stirred this week. Glory Days Vintage Cars of Birmingham has released a range of commercial vehicles and Edwardian-style cars that come complete with an owner's log book, individual chassis numbers and personalised number plates to order.

Included in this collection is a Ford delivery van (length, 273mat: width, 140mrn; height, 191mm, and a Benz open lorry (362x140x1134mm). Other vehicles in the series are a Benz limousine, a vintage bus, a Ford two-seat open car and a Benz four-seat open car. All the models feature a coach-built finish with diecast lamps, injectionmoulded tyres and a wooden plinth. Model drivers and passengers are optional and come with hand-painted faces and tailored outfits.
