Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Trailer builder Schmitz Cargobull is moving into the financing arena to offer leasing and contract hire.

The German builder is teaming up with Dutch leasing and finance specialist De Large Landen International to set up Cargobull Finance.

The new operation will offer a range of options including hire purchase, leasing and contract hire.

For the time being the services on offer from Cargobull Finance will be restricted to Germany, France, Denmark and the Benelux countries, but they are scheduled to be rolled out to more countries in Europe some time next year.

Cargobull executive director Ulrich Schopker says: "We like to offer our customers total solutions: one-stop-shopping for all needs—trailer, service and financing."

Schmitz Cargobull will hold 49% of the shares in the new company, with De Large taking the rest.
