Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Insurers are offering a £7,500 reward for the name of a conman who stole a trailer loaded with £75,000 worth of electrical goods from a Hertfordshire company.

Using the false name David Robert Glossop, the driver got a job with the company but disappeared with a load containing televisions and stereos on 7 August. The tractor was dumped in Yorkshire a week later but the white trailer is still missing.

Insurance surveyors Gordon Brown and Associates are so keen to catch the imposter that they have taken the unusual step of offering 10% of the load's value when the man is arrested, even if he is not convicted. He is described as white with thinning black hair, in his early forties and speaking with a Lancashire accent.
