Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Third party distributor Tankfreight has landed a £3 million contract with Unilever subsidiary Vinamul for chemical distribution from Vinamul's Warrington plant.

The three-year contract will more than double the fleet Tankfreight runs for Vinamul, to nine tractors and 13 trailers Tankfreight is now the sole distributor for the Cheshire site, snatching business from two other operators.

The Vinamul deal commits Tankfreight to gaining BS5750, but it says Unilever has put no time limit on this.

El Tanker cleaning stations operator Tankclean has opened

its first Irish station at a cost of £250,000.

The Dublin site will handle all Texaco's Irish tanker cleaning; Tankclean parent company Tankfreight is responsible for Texaco's Irish distribution. Commercial manager Pat Healy says the company "will evaluate this first Irish depot before opening others".

Plans to move into Europe are also afoot, he adds.
