SUZUKI has added an extra commercial model to its 970cc petrol-engined SJ410 light 4x4 range. The new SJ410QB is based on the existing soft-top version but has no side windows in the full-length canvas tilt. The rear seats have also been re-. moved in order to leave a clear cargo area.
The SJ410QB has been type approved as a light commercial and is not liable to car tax. Its maximum payload is 365kg (7.2cwt). Price is £4,599 including VAT.
All SJ410 models now have a revised four-speed gearbox and new-design drive shafts. Interior trim has also been updated. An extra 47kW (63hp) 1,300cc petrol-engined passenger carrier variant has also been introduced.
