Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

vlalcolm Davis had -a bit of a ;hock" when he joined National L'arriers at Lavvley Street, 3irmingham. He was head of he department of economics ind commerce at Swanhurst ichool, Birmingham. which warms with 1600 pupils, and ie had never been in industry.

After taking part in a year's irogramme sponsored by the :BI to promote a better undertanding of industry, he is slightly disenchanted with the education system, though he missed the long school holidays and shift work disrupted his social life.

He worked in each department, sweeping floors, changing oil, driving vans and doing white-collar jobs, and found to his surprise that profit mattered to National Carriers. His experience seems to suggest that schools are misleading students about business. I had often wondered where some youngsters developed their curious attitude towards work, discipline and any kind of useful existence.

Malcolm and three other teachers who took part in the exercise are now to teach only two days a week. Their main task will be to run seminars to pass on their new-found knowledge to their colleagues. What gallant transport men would be willing to change places with them for a year and risk life and limb in dealing with a horde of young schooligans?
