Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• BRS Parcels has extended its UK Pacemaker service into Europe. The company has launched a road/air service for consignments to Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland.

The service is designed for single packages or small consignments of high value which cannot await groupage loads. Pacemaker Europe consignments will begin their journeys through the normal BRS Parcels network. The journey time to the furthest destination point is five days but most consignments are expected to be delivered within two-to-three days. The goods will be insured from the time they are collected for £7,000 per ton.
