FROM October 1, the Avon India Rubber Co.. Ltd., is to operate a new sales area which is at present geographically part of its northern region.
The new district covers Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, part of Shropshire and part of Derbyshire. It will be known as the Midland region and controlled from the company's Birmingham office by Mr. Tom Merritt.
