After research Gandy, Ltd., Wallasey, Cheshire, has introduced the Gandybond process, facilities for carrying out which are now available at the Gandy main factory and at the concern's depots at Manchester, London, Leeds and Dublin. THE intioduction of legislation to obtain a standard vehicle-lighting system is being recommended by Cumberland County Council to the Home Secretary and the Minister of Transport. Rear lights should, says the Council, be of adequate•power and size, and a satisfactory modern anti-dazzle system should be adopted. Failure to use dippers should be an offence.
