• Three key directors have resigned from ANC amid speculation that they make up one of at least two groups interested in buying the parcels delivery firm.
Managing director lain Henderson, finance director Tim Sutton and operations director John Rawnsley plan to leave between March and August next year. They are thought to have been competing against a group of franchisees who also want to buy into the Staffordshire-based hub system.
