Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GREEN LINE passengers travelling from London are now allowed to return, if they desire, by a different route, The change has been made to benefit hikers and ramblers in plannim; their trips.

The new scheme provides that cheap day-return tickets issued on Green Line coaches from London will be available for return to London, without extra payment, on any other route from a point where the cheap day-return fare is the same or less than that paid for the ticket held. Where the fare is more, the difference between the respective single fares will be payable.

This concession is additional to the changes made three months ago, when cheap coach fares were extended to every day of the week, with the alternative of making the return journey to London by rail after 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
