Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ashford, Middlesex-based Freightwise Logistics has gone into liquidation after moving to new premises with increased overheads. A spokesman for liquidator Baker Tilly Business Services said the firm struggled to meet the additional cost of the new site and appointed joint liquidators Simon Bonney and Christopher Newell on 23 October.

"Unfortunately difficult trading conditions in the current economic climate meant the company was unable to support these overheads," said a Baker Tilly spokesman.

"It is not clear whether there will be funds available to distribute to unsecured creditors."

The haulier owed unsecured creditors £213,252 on 23 October, more than half of which (£121,622) is owed to HMRC, the liquidator's statement of company affairs revealed.

Freightwise was authorised to run six vehicles and two trailers out of an operating centre in Stanwell, Surrey.
