Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Welcome to Laurie Dealer's used truck of the week. Each week our man inside the used truck trade picks out a truck or trailer from CM's online classified list. This week, it's an 18-tonne Mercedes-Benz Axor

This week's best used truck is a 2008-registered Mercedes-Benz Axor 1824 with a crane and steel dropside body.

Powering the 08-plated truck is a 6.4-litre Euro-4 engine that delivers 240hp and 850Nm of torque between 1,200rpm and 1,600rpm. It is fitted with a manual gearbox, and comes with cruise control, an exhaust brake, and an SE day cab.

The bodywork includes a double-dropside steel body and a Terex truck-mounted crane with dual controls, compressor, hoses and reels, and a body-width sized tool box.

The truck is designed to put telegraph poles in the ground so in five years it has only done 36,000km. This is a specialist vehicle in a very good condition. The vendor, Coventry-based Geoff Sipson Commercials, points out that something like this will cost you more than £100,000 when bought new. By comparison, this truck will be a viable alternative

to the lead time and capital cost of going new.
