Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

mincludingthe kitchen sink

I From the driver's seat forward, eXc is pure Topline including the bunk mounted off the front wall. The normal passenger seat has been replaced by a flip-up courier-type coach seat which allows quicker access into the living area from the nearside door.

From the B-posts back it starts to get more interesting.

Facing rearwards starting clockwise, along the lefthand sidewall is a 900x2,000x300mm Ikea sprung mattress on raised wooden base with two drawers. The bed doubles as a sofa. Above it there is a pull-out flatscreen TV plus a separate storage area with a lockable safe. The bed is Wine with the chassis, not across it. 110n the back wall are conventional Topline lockers, albeit with microwave and coffee machine added—the large corner cupboards can take a small suitcase. Half way up the back wall there's a pull-out table. To the right is an armchair which incorporates a luggage locker in its base which can be accessed from the outside. A large window in the rear wall provides extra light over the table.

al Along the right-hand wall there's a free-standing sink unit with a mini chest of drawers built into it, Fresh water from a 50-litre tank is supplied via an electric pump. Waste water is held in a separate tank. Above the sink is a large shaving mirror.

II There's a plethora of lights inside eXc, including muted red "night" lights, overhead spots, two adjustable reading lights and strip lights. The main lighting panel sits next to the bed head along with the night heater control and power sockets.

Pi Excluding the space in the headlining, or over the front bunk, or even the 50-litre capacity

fridge, there's over 750 litres of storage in the "special fittings".
