Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

you probably won't print this as I expect Commercial Motor errs on the side of this Tory excuse for a Government. It is wrong to fiddle the system, yes we all agree, but to take away drivers' Operators

Licences is to victimise a certain section of workers. What you have to ask is why are so many drivers on the fiddle?

It seems to me that we are moving towards a part-time workforce and this is partly to blame. It results in poverty pay and no job security. What we need is man's pay for a man's job. Let's get rid of this narrow-minded mean Government as they, I believe, are responsible for the factors that force drivers to fiddle the system.
