Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Bryan Jarvis • Tesco has placed one of the largest single orders in the UK for 258 multitetnperature reefer trailers from Harelawbaged Schmitz Cargobull.

The order comprises a mix of 12m and 13m tri-axle trailers with 8m, 10m and 12m versions in dual and triple compartment configurations.

Tesco plans to phase them in to its key regional distribution centres as existing eight-yearold reefers are withdrawn.

For extra safety and ease of use the trailer's air brake and electrical suzie connection points have been moved from the centre of the bulkhead to the nearside.

The parking switch has been positioned nearby: with the suzies coupled it has to be released before the trailer can be moved.

Most of the trailers use nosemounted Thermo King SB-Ill 30 TCI3SR fridge units; the rest have Carrier Genesis units. They all feature the latest lownoise insulation packages and microprocessor controls.

Tesco has sourced the trailer tail-lifts from Rateliff and Ross & Bonnyman; the air suspended running gear is all from BPW.

The bodywork is made entirely of Ferroplast 3-element panels and finished in two-pack powder-coated Tesco colours.

Schmitz Cargobull will handle all maintenance and repairs on the new reefers through its Customer Care programme which has recently been extended.
