Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Basildon-based Integrated Security Group has introduced a voice enquiry service for its Tracer vehicle location and monitoring system.

The operator-free Enquire system is accessed from a touch-tone telephone. A voice prompt offers a range of options to the caller, which can be called up using the key pad. These include the vehicle's UK location and speed, as well as the option to send the information automatically to a pager or mobile phone.

The system can be programmed to send the information at specified times or locations. Future developments include "fax-back" services such as maps and route logs.

Enquire users are given a dedicated 0891 telephone number for the service. Tracer locates vehicles using the mobile phone network. Prices start from under £500 with monthly airtime contracts starting from £10.
