Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Daf Trucks, Paccar

WE READ with interest the recent claim by Mr G. Simmons of BRS that 70 per cent of BRS Rescue calls are remedied within two and a half hours.

Having started the "newwave" of truck emergency schemes way back in 1974 with our now renowned DAFaid service, we expect to provide an even higher level of repair success.

Fast repair completion times depend on the following four vital factors; 1, The accuracy of the information given by the driver of his vehicle. Every new DAF supplied has this detail imprinted in a special key ring since the driver will always lock up his vehicle and take the keys with him when making a phone call for help.

2, Pinpointing exactly the location of the vehicle which can be discovered with dedicated and patient telephone controllers.

3, Highly trained and motivated service technicians willing to turn out in the cold, dark of an English winter.

4, First-time parts availability.

Having long had thi combination right, we expect ti remedy virtually every call-ou received in under three hours So confident are we in this clain we have on display in ou visitors' reception area a dail, record of all calls for assistanci within the DAFaid scheme. Thi response times speak fo themselves.
