Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE RHA has lost its longestserving and one of its most able and humorous area secretaries, and I have lost a friend of 30 years' standing, in the death of Bill Morton. His delightfully inconsequential sense of humour and mastery of the throwaway line made him a popular speaker at RHA functions, and particularly at intimate events such as retirement parties.

It is a cruel irony that he should have died suddenly only .a year before his own retirement, of which his farewell speech would probably have been the funniest of his long career in the RNA,

Bill was unquestionably the most popular RHA area secretary and the affection that members and colleagues felt for him was shown at his funeral service at Aspley, Nottingham. The packed congregation included Ken Rogers, who read the lesson, members of the National Council and Executive Board, and nearly all the area secretaries.
