JEEP UK has introduced a customised four-wheel drive production vehicle designated the CJ7 Laredo.
Painted in black, it has chrome bumpers, chrome grille overlay, chrome styled wheels, and is available in hard or soft top. The interior features high-backed bucket seats in black and silver, a black padded instrument panel, and full carpeting.
A re-designed six cylinder 4.2 litre engine is linked with automatic transmission, and part time four wheel drive, but with power steering and power brakes as standard, fuel economy is said to be around 20 mpg under normal conditions.
It is priced at £7,999 plus £1,199.85 vat (soft top) and £8,499 plus £1,274.85 vat (hard top).
