A machine that will fit tubeless tyres to di types of fixed rims —including conventional, single hump, double hump, cast aluminium and safety rim—has been introduced by Aswand.

The machine, complete with automatic soaping, is designed to put each bead of the tyre over the rim separately. This is achieved by two rotations of the assembly arm, the lower bead being fitted during the 'first and the upper bead during the second.
