VEN if Labour won the next election, the Road Haulage Association could defeat their road transport policy, according to Mr. I. Walsh, chairman of the R.H.A.'s Dudley sub-area. At a ladies' night last week he forecast difficult days ahead for the industry, especially with the threat of renationalization.
