Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

to 80 subcontractors could be left out of pocket after the haulage arm of Maintainer Depot Services went into admininstrative receivership on 15 April. Richard McGee, owner of RCA Transport, says up to 20 subbies, including his company, have been told there is no work left for them in transporting containers from Maintainer's depot at Leeds. The company has other sites in Grays, Salford and Felixstowe. Receivers Grant Thornton of Ipswich says the other divisions of Maintainer, storage and repair, are trading as normal and will hopefully be sold as a goinc concern. The reasons for the collapse, says Grant Thornton, are a downturn in repair work and a reduction of work for the firm at the Port of Felixstowe. Grant Thornton says debt levels are currently unavailable and no date has yet been fixed for a creditors' meeting.
