Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a million-pound fraud originating in Greece is appealing for other victims to come forward.

Kevin Shield, general manager of Kestrel Fi-eight Logistics, says: "We're in the process of trying to recover money from a company called Mercury Trans of Athens. It owes us around £20,000, but we know its debts to other firms in the UK alone total around a midion pounds."

He Alleges Mercury Trans has been knowingly underselling freight, quoting impossibly low prices to its customers and failing to meet its promised subcontractor payments.

Shield claims one company owed £320,000 by Mercury Trans has folded because of the debt. But he particularly wants to hear from hauliers who have done "just a couple of journeys" for Mercury Trans and have written off the money.
