Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Paintshop managers struggling with the two tonne solvent limit may find Mangers De.Solv. It range useful. The De.Solv.It 1000 safe solvent cleaner is said to be free of VOC and therefore would not count against the limit.

The product is said to be slower drying than thinners but more easy to recycle as paint will settle overnight without the losing much liquid to evaporation. Disposal must be into an intercepter or it can be mixed with oil sent for incineration. Cost is said to be around twice the price of thinners.

Those without access to an interceptor could use De.Solv.It 3000 which is a water soluble version. It can he diluted if required and disposed of through a normal waste water system, says the company. It costs about the same price as the 1000 is said to he around 90% as effective.
